To book your wedding, a booking fee of £100 will be required to save your date. Any quote given over £800 will require a booking fee of £150. Any booking fee paid is non-refundable. The final balance must be paid a minimum of 4 weeks before the wedding. The balance can be made by BACS or cash. By paying the booking fee you enter into a contract with us and agree to abide by our terms and conditions. For artificial flowers, a £100 booking fee will be required to save the date and the final balance must be paid a minimum of 6 weeks before the wedding.
We will hold your date for a maximum of 7 days to allow time for the booking fee to reach us. After this time, the date will be released and become available for other bookings. By paying the booking fee you agree with the Terms and Conditions and thereafter this becomes the contract.
Should we not have received the final balance by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel and make the date available for other customers.
Our minimum spend for any wedding is £300. Should you change items previously agreed (whether at your consultation or at point of contact) the minimum spend would still apply. Once the contract has been entered into the maximum reduction allowed will be 10% of the original quote/estimate.
We will meet with you at an agreed time to discuss everything required for your wedding. We advise meeting up around 3/4 months before your date when you have all your ideas, colours, style choices etc in place. We can arrange in person meetings or by telephone.
At your consultation, we will discuss with you all your flower choices, colours and styles required. We will work with your choices and advise whether flowers are available at the time of your wedding or if they can be sourced. We do not promise that we can supply the exact colour or flower types so reserve the right to substitute for similar flower of the same colour. Should we need to spray or dye flowers to match your chosen colour choice we will discuss this with you. We do not accept responsibility for colour transferring onto clothing as we will have made you aware of this beforehand.
On the morning of the wedding we will deliver everything to the wedding venue or another address. Should we need to make more than one drop off there will be an additional charge. This will also be discussed.
Should there be any issues with the delivery or any discrepancies this needs to be brought to our attention at the time or within 30 mins of delivery to allow us to rectify the situation if possible.
Our hand tied bouquets are delivered in water to keep them as fresh as possible until needed. We advise removing them from the water bags 15 to 30 minutes before then and dried with a towel to prevent water coming in contact with clothing. We will not be responsible for any water spillage onto clothing.
Should you need to cancel we will require this in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply.
More than 12 weeks - loss of booking fee only
11 to 7 weeks - 50% of balance
6 weeks and under - full balance due
In cases of extenuating circumstances we will discuss payment with you.
In the event of your venue cancelling due to Coronavirus our usual terms and conditions still apply and all payments will still be due. Any payments already paid to us will be non-refundable. We will work with you as much as possible if you need to reschedule to a new date.
